Position: Financial Manger
Employer Duties:
· Providing and interpreting financial information.
· Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
· Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
· Formulating strategic and long-term financial plans.
· Researching and reporting on factors influencing Society performance.
· Responsible for bookkeeping and auditing of financial recorders.
· Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
· Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
· Participating in procurement and tendering activities.
· Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
· Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory .
· Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
· Managing budgets.
· Arranging new sources of finance and fundraising.
· Supervising staff of the financial departments.
· Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
· 8 years experience in related field.
· Coping with the advancements in the field of Financial Management.
· Creative, innovative, decision making, containing others, communication and other public relations skills, energetic.
· Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
· Comfortable with the latest computer technology.
· Good experience in project management.
· Familiar with stakeholder , and good experience in international cooperation.
· be creative thinkers and problem-solvers.
· Knowledge of international finance.
