Right to Live Society (RLS) is a non-profit Palestinian organization whose main function is to provide specialized rehabilitative services and health care for Down’s Syndrome and Autism in the Gaza Strip. RLS is currently seeking to fill the position of Pediatric Doctor to be based at it’s headquarter in the Gaza Strip. Within the framework of a grant from the European Committee to implement the project of “Access to essential services for people with Down Syndrome and Autism in the Gaza Strip”

Employer Duties:
· Providing and interpreting Medical information.
· Receiving patients of all ages, whether enrolled in the RLS or not and provide the necessary treatment for them.
· Providing medical examination for freshmen beneficiaries to detect hazardous conditions.
· Providing first aid to those in need.
· Providing advice and medical guidance.
· Provide medical lectures to a large number of the public and parents of the children with Down’s Syndrome and Autism.
· Monitoring and interpreting RLS medical clinic and predicting future trends.
· Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
· Researching and reporting on factors influencing Society performance.
· Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
· Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. hospitals, clinics.
· Supervising staff of the medical clinic.
· Supervising of the medical file for RLS children.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor’s degree in pediatrics.
· 4 years experience in related field.
· Coping with the advancements in the field of Health Care.
· Creative, innovative, decision making, containing others, communication and other public relations skills, energetic.
· Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
· Comfortable with the latest computer technology.
· Good experience in dealing with disabled.
· Familiar with stakeholder, and good experience in international cooperation.
· Be creative thinkers and problem-solvers.
· Knowledge of international finance.
