• Preparation of qualified youth leaders and educated and informed of the requirements phase is capable of leadership and decision-making. • Building the body of a youth aware of their rights and meals believed in the principles of non-violence, dialogue and democracy in the community, and work on the rehabilitation of youth and the revival of the peace between the self and psychological Palestinian youth. • Strengthening the role of women in the areas of community life in all spectra. • work to build bridges of love, trust and cooperation among the people of the city and the rejection of family prejudices and racism to rise the level of our dear country. • The use of dialogue and discussion to resolve the Pacific sober any problems or disputes are far from our religion and our culture. • the development of cultural aspect of the Palestinian people of our society through the development of cultural concepts to them.
Where promising young people aligned to the drive and the vitality and initiative and determination to build and participate in order to crystallize the idea of unifying the spirit of volunteerism, which in turn will elevate youth to lead the bright future by creating a generation of young leaders capable of decision-making and responsibility to work on the development of cultural reality in the Palestinian society.
