Events in September highlighted factors contributing to vulnerability of lives and livelihoods of Palestinians in the oPt. One Palestinian was killed and 68 others injured in settler violence and nearly 2,500 trees were vandalized. Livelihoods of hundreds of Palestinian families were undermined when Israeli authorities demolished six water wells in the northern WB. UNRWA faces severe funding deficit in Gaza, more than two-thirds of Gaza’s population affected. Three Palestinian EJ kindergartens face Israeli military raids, closure, or demolitions.
